Conditions

• You can exchange or return unused products up to 14 days after purchase.
• These items must be in perfect condition, with the labels still on and in their original packaging.
• LIONPADEL is assumed by the consumer.
• In the case of a factory defect or late delivery, we will reimburse the cost of shipping.

Returns

By retracting your purchase and requesting a partial or total refund of money, you have up to 14 days to return the product. Send us an email to info@lionpadel.com to make your return. The full value of the returned products will be credited to the card used in the original transaction. Once the return is confirmed and the products received, the disbursement will be made in a period of 3 to 4 business days.

The return of any product that has been manipulated or used by the customer will not be accepted.

Shipments

Shipments are made in Spain for free with a delivery time of between 48h and 72h. All our shipments are made with transport companies of national origin and of great prestige. Most of these transport companies offer the option of tracking the shipment on their website, only with the reference number of the shipment you can obtain information about the status of your shipments.

International shipments are segmented into 11 shipping zones. You can find out the estimated price in the shipping simulator prior to the final payment of your order. Deliveries may take more than 72 hours depending on the area.

Changes

For changes, you have up to 14 days from the reception of the product to send it to LIONPADEL.

Legal Guarantee and Right of Withdrawal

We inform you that you have a legal guarantee of conformity to the regulations in force. In addition, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of delivery by sending an e-mail to info@lionpadel.com.

This does not apply to products that have been processed or to unsealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health. In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs up to the initial shipping address (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method that we offer). You will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. Notwithstanding the above, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever is the earlier.
